These terms apply to all 24/7 roadside assistance, recovery, and mobile tyre services in Kendal and South Cumbria.

1. Booking & Dispatch

• Call +44 7380 453 565 or use online form.
• Quote given before dispatch – fixed unless extra work agreed on site.
• ETA is estimate; traffic or weather may delay.

2. Pricing & Payment

• No call-out fee within 30 miles of Kendal (LA9).
• Card payment on site (contactless). Cash or bank transfer accepted.
• Invoice emailed within 1 hour. VAT receipt on request.

3. Service Scope

• Cars, vans, 4x4s, motorcycles, HGVs up to 44 t.
• On-site repair where safe and possible.
• Towing to your chosen garage or our secure compound (£15/day after 24 h).

4. Liability

• £5 m public liability insurance.
• No damage to vehicle during recovery (soft straps, skate kits, air-ride flatbeds).
• Report any issue within 24 h – we return free to fix.

5. Cancellations

• Cancel before van leaves depot – free.
• After dispatch – £35 minimum charge.

6. Safety & Access

• You must stay with the vehicle or appoint a representative.
• We may refuse service if site is unsafe (e.g., live carriageway).

7. Guarantees

• Jump starts, tyre fits, minor repairs: 24 h callback guarantee.
• Recovered vehicles: safe arrival or full refund.
